Sales Policy

InsightLab Consulting Sales Policy Effective Date: 1/29/2024

  • Introduction: At InsightLab Consulting, we provide comprehensive Business Coaching, and Business Consulting Services. This Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the sale of our diverse range of services. Clients engaging with us are required to adhere to these policies.
     

  • Service Offerings: Our services include Business Coaching, and Business Consulting. Detailed descriptions of each service, including scope, deliverables, and pricing, can be found in our official service catalog.
     

  • Pricing and Payment Terms: 

    • Pricing Structure:

      • Our pricing for Business Coaching is transparent and detailed in the official service catalog.

      • Prices are subject to periodic review, and clients will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

      • Our pricing structure for Business Consulting Services is determined by price quotes generated subsequent to the initial review and assessment process. Please reference price quotes and pricing addendums sent to you 

    • Payment Terms:

      • Business Coaching:

        • Payment is due either in full or based on a subscription or payment plan selected before the commencement of services.

        • We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

        • PayPal: Invoices and Paylinks will be promptly issued, outlining payment details.

      • Business Consulting: Business consulting shall have a separate pricing addendum. Please refer to the Client Services Agreement and Pricing Addendums sent to you after you have accepted the price quote.​
         

  • Confidentiality Agreement:

    • Agreement:

      • The parties acknowledge that in the course of their relationship, they may have access to and become acquainted with confidential information belonging to the other party.​

      • For the purposes of this agreement, "Confidential Information" shall mean any and all non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, whether orally, in writing, or by any other means, including but not limited to proprietary business information, technical data, trade secrets, customer information, and financial information, provided that such information is marked as confidential or, if disclosed orally, is identified as confidential at the time of disclosure and confirmed in writing within a reasonable time thereafter.

    • Obligations:

      • Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information received from the other party and to not disclose or use such Confidential Information for any purpose other than as necessary to perform under this agreement, unless authorized in writing by the disclosing party.

    • Exceptions:

      • The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to any information that: (a) was already known to the receiving party without restriction at the time of disclosure by the disclosing party; (b) is or becomes publicly known through no wrongful act of the receiving party; (c) is rightfully received from a third party without restriction and without breach of this agreement; (d) is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the Confidential Information; or (e) is required to be disclosed by law or court order, provided that the receiving party provides prompt notice to the disclosing party of such requirement to enable the disclosing party to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy.

    • Duration:

      • The obligations of confidentiality under this agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement and shall remain in effect for a period of 5 years from the date of disclosure of the Confidential Information.​

    • Client Confidentiality:​

      • Clients shall not reproduce or use for their benefit any confidential information provided by InsightLab Consulting LLC, including project specifics, methodologies, technology, proprietary information and documentation, or other information that would harm or steal intellectual property rights of InsightLab Consulting LLC. 

      • Clients can provide testimonials for purposes of referrals.

    • Insightlab Consulting Confidentiality: 

      • Insight Lab Consulting agrees not to utilize client information for testimonials unless expressly authorized through written notice.

      • Furthermore, any information included in testimonials will be strictly limited to what is relevant for showcasing a case study.
         

  • Quality Assurance: Client Satisfaction:

    • We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement. 

    • Feedback sessions will be conducted to address concerns and make continuous improvements.
       

  • Code of Conduct: Professionalism: 

    • Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions. 

    • Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services.
       

  • Amendments to the Sales Policy: Policy Updates:

    • This Sales Policy may be updated periodically. 

    • Clients are encouraged to review the policy regularly to stay informed about any updates.
