Cancellation & Refund Policy

InsightLab Consulting Cancellation & Refund Policy Effective Date: 1/29/2024


 

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • General Services Policy:

      • Clients are allowed to cancel any services within the specified timelines and before any physical products have commenced generation. 

      • To initiate a cancellation, clients must submit a written request to info@insightlabconsulting.co, clearly stating the intent to cancel and the specific service involved. 

      • The effective date of cancellation is the date the written request is received by InsightLab Consulting.
         

    • Cancellation Timeline:

      • Introductory Sessions: 

        • Clients may cancel individual Mentorship services and introductory sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start date. 

        • Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date may incur a cancellation fee to cover any expenses incurred to prepare for the meeting. 

      • Business Coaching & Packages:

        • Packages can be canceled after the program has begun. Refund eligibility is shown under Refund Policy > Refund Eligibility. 

      • Marketing & Advertisements, and Management Consulting: 

        • Clients must submit cancellation requests before the project's commencement.

        • Cancellations made after the project has begun may be subject to additional charges or fees associated with work already initiated.
           

    • Refund Policy:

      • Refunds are subject to the general cancellation policy and include the following: 

      • Business Coaching: 

        • Refunds for Coaching Sessions may be considered if the client requests a refund before the engagement begins. 

        • Any used individual sessions will not be refunded unless for extenuating circumstances, by state and federal laws, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

      • Payment Packages:

        • As Mentorship packages offer a discounted rate on sessions compared to individually booked sessions, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the number of used sessions.

        • If the client has used any sessions before the cancellation, the refund amount will be less any used sessions.

        • The refunded amount will be calculated at the individual Mentorship session rate for the used sessions.  

      • Advertisements:  Refunds for advertisement services may be considered if the client requests a cancellation before the commencement of the advertising campaign and advertising products. 

      • Management Consulting:  Refunds for management consulting services may be considered if the client requests a cancellation before the consulting engagement officially begins.
         

    • Refund Process:

      • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receiving the written cancellation notice. 

      • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.
         

    • Deductions and Fees: 

      • Deductions may apply to cover costs incurred by our team up to the cancellation date. This includes any work completed, research conducted, or resources allocated specifically for the client.

      • Clients will be informed of any deductions before the refund is processed.
         

  • Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as project delays caused by InsightLab Consulting or force majeure events, refund terms may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.
     

  • Rescheduling:

    • For coaching sessions and introductory sessions, clients may request to reschedule with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

    • Rescheduling of projects for Marketing & Advertisements, and Management Consulting is subject to mutual agreement between InsightLab Consulting and the client, considering project timelines and workload. 

    • Unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or force majeure events, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
       

  • Amendments to the Cancellation & Refund Policy: Policy Updates:

    • This Cancellation & Refund Policy may be updated periodically. 

    • Clients are encouraged to review the policy regularly to stay informed about any updates.
